Orders and Shipping
Our delivery is done by a door to door courier within 2-5 working days depending on your geographical location and stock availability. Outer-lying areas my take longer than this time frame and have additional charges.
Delivery Is Free On Purchases Over R800
Purchases between R500 – R799 there will be a charge of R50
Purchases between R200 – R499 there will be a charge of R80
Purchases under R200 charges will be R90

We currently only ship to South African Addresses only.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will need to arrange to courier the order back to us at your expense. You will then be able to choose something else from our store or we can offer you a refund once we have received the goods. In order to receive a refund, the product/s must be in their original packaging and be unused.
If your order is damaged during delivery, please email us on info@salondirect.co.za immediately including pictures of the product/s so that we can arrange replacement. Replacement will only be done if pictures of damaged goods are received on the day of delivery.
If you received the wrong item please email us on info@salondirect.co.za immediately on the day of delivery. Please indicate what you received instead of what you ordered.

Yes, of course you can. Please make sure you contact info@salondirect.co.za before your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped already you will be liable to pay for the courier fees to be returned. Once we have received the order back we will then issue the refund.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Salon Direct Website
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Salon Direct website located at www.salondirect.co.za (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.
2. Electronic Communications
By using this Website or communicating with Salon Direct electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
3. E-Commerce & Privacy
Salon Direct sells beauty and hair care products online. The use of any product or service purchased from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds Salon Direct harmless against any loss, injury, or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
Personal information and credit card details provided for orders placed through the e-commerce facility will be kept confidential and will not be sold or made known to third parties, except for necessary information required for delivery purposes. Credit card details are not stored by Salon Direct under any circumstances.
Salon Direct is not responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device, which may result from inadequate virus protection software or spyware installed on the device.
4. Online Payment – Payment Gateway
All online payments made through the Salon Direct website are processed by a secure payment gateway called PayFast. Users may refer to the payment gateway provider’s website for information on security policies. www.payfast.co.za
5. Refund and Return Policy
Goods and services provided are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Salon Direct will provide a full refund within 30 days.
Orders canceled by the client will incur a 10% charge for administration/banking fees, in addition to any courier fees incurred to return the order.
Salon Direct reserves the right to cancel orders for which payment has already been received due to insufficient stock or if the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. In such cases, the User will receive a full refund.
Complaints regarding the standard and quality of products purchased should be directed to info@salondirect.co.za within 7 days of purchase.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT in South African Rands and are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are excluded from displayed prices.
Salon Direct endeavors to ensure that all prices and product information listed on the website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to amend prices and refuse or cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices.
7. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Salon Direct reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. It is the User’s responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Salon Direct or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. The User may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Website without prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Salon Direct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Website or its content.
