What is salon Direct?
SalonDirect offers salons the opportunity to expand their product offerings without upfront costs. Salons refer their clients to shop on the website, where they can purchase a wide range of products. When a client makes a purchase, the referring salon receives credit for the sale. There are no sign-up or monthly fees, only a small admin fee per order. DeMar manages order processing, invoicing, and shipping logistics.
Main points:

3. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days using door-to-door couriers, You will not have to liaise or organise deliveries, we do that for you!
4. Payment is made by you or your clients by using the checkout process on the website. We will only accept payment via Payfast (credit card, Instant EFT, Debit Card, Zapper, Mobicred and more)
5. You will have full control and 100% transparency using your dashboard! View your customers, their orders and your total earnings!
6. How can orders be placed?
– you can place orders on behalf of your customer. You will be able to either pay for their order or you will be able to send your client the order confirmation with a payment link.
– Your clients can order online. Even if you do not know they placing an order you will still get the commission!
7. Handling fee: DeMar will take a 4% handling fee on every order that is placed. This goes towards many costs such as packaging, labels, payment fees, labour and customer services.
8. Pay Out process: we will credit and invoice out your account at the end of every month before statements are sent. This will mean your account should have a positive balance and can be used for your normal DeMar orders. If the amount is more than R1000? we will pay you out into your bank accounts.
